Shipping Policy

TEXENCO offers free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City’s urban area or within a 20 km radius for orders valued at VND 50 million or more, or for full-truck shipments depending on the product dimensions.

For smaller orders or those not sufficient to fill a truck, delivery will be combined with other shipments along the same delivery route. In such cases, the shipping cost will be informed to the customer in advance.

For express delivery by air, sea, or other transport methods, please contact us directly for detailed arrangements.

Delivery time is determined based on each specific order.

Other cases will be handled according to the agreement specified in each purchase order.
